    Pros

The people developers work with are intelligent and friendly. I've made a lot of good friends here. My team lead is supportive and a friend. People are open and almost always willing to help. Management rarely asks more than they should and I've never had trouble asking for time off.

    Cons

When you start, you better negotiate your salary really well because raises aren't good even when the economy is booming. A regular (non-promotion) raise is between up to 3% for a strong employee. A strong is 3 out of 4 in reviews, 2s are most common and 4s are extremely rare.

    Advice to Management

If you ask your employees to go without raises, don't issue large bonuses to executives. It adds insult to injury.

    Pros

At the Dallas location, the team is lineant. Most of the management is respectful and benefits are ok. You become friends with the staff and they are willing to work with your progression.

    Cons

The pay is very low compared to the average industry. Certain departments over load you with mandatory work without proper pay. I felt overworked, tired and under paid.

    Advice to Management

It's better to invest in talent with at least average salaries instead of high overturns because of intesive work and low salaries.

    Pros

Stable company. Always busy, never a boring day.

    Cons

Constant changes to direction of business. low morale Recognition and advancement limited.

    Advice to Management

Executive management should look into how support has come full circle in the last few years. With loss to major clients should definitely tell you something needs to change and should come from top to bottom, not bottom up.

    Pros

Great people to work with. Management supports flexibility/life balance.

    Cons

Opportunity for advancement/raise is moderate to low. If you like stability and prefer to stay at the same job for a long time, this is the place for you.

    Advice to Management

Proactively discuss goals and career plans with subordinates

    Pros

Stable, expanding and profitable company, diversified portfolio (hospitality, entertainment, petrol and convenience retail), financial conditions can be good if negotiated properly, interesting people, positive company culture, winning attitude, possibility to travel around the globe for higher ranked employees, informal company culture, fast paced and intensive environment

    Cons

No bonuses, unattractive stock options plan, weak focus on engineering, outdated systems and technologies, talented people leaving in droves, nepotism amongst employees in Czech Republic, chances for promotion largely affected by good (intimate) relationships with management, managers often exhibiting "I am the god" attitude, separation of the leadership in the USA from leadership in Czech Republic

    Advice to Management

Don't trust your middle management in Czech Republic, try to retain talented people.
