    Pros

Ok company. Typical issues like every other company. The more competent you are the faster you will get disgusted and decide to leave.

    Cons

All strategy comes from Tel Aviv Israel. Executive management expects everyone to follow their strategy without question. When the strategy is proven to have been a bad one, the executive team then goes and scapegoats innocent employees for poor execution without realizing that even if you execute a poor strategy flawlessly you will get poor results. F5, Citrix-NetScaler, and A10 is killing Raggedyware in the ADC market. Customers are bringing up and talking more about Nginx and SteelApp (previously part of Riverbed but recently acquired by Brocade) more than I hear them talking about the Radware ADC.

    Advice to Management

The executive team (especially at the C-level) is in desperate need of a diversity initiative. With no diversity, all you get is the group think that you currently have. The c-suite should be a diverse team of the best that the world has to offer. Not the best that Israel has to offer.

    Pros

interesting product and solid finances. The pay is competitive.

    Cons

Negative environment. There are a lot of unprofessional employees. A lot of the unprofessionalism comes from the top. It is probably the most unprofessional work environment I have ever worked in. There is a lot of confidential information that is gossiped about.

    Advice to Management

Get new managers and start hiring people you can trust and that will make the work culture a professional one.

    Pros

Poor salary, no benefits, very bad management. Managers promise a lot, but don't stand after it. Though, great people are working there at Dev/HR. As about technologies - it's pretty poor today. It was competitive 3-4 years ago, but they are not stand today's standards.

    Cons

Sick atmosphere. No interesting development. No future. Bad salary. Bad hours. Bad managements. Bad training. Great developers and team leaders.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing "politics", start to work.

    Pros

Amazingly enough, there are good talented people in this company (other than upper management) who work very hard and care about each other. But eventually the good talent leaves as the company and CEO care less about employment retention. Good technology and R&D team in HQ. Ok Salary, poor benefits.

    Cons

Lack of leadership and mentoring - just a micro manager leading the company. Day to day strategy, no long term commitment to partners. Deal by deal sales base organization. Lack of employment retention culture. Management love to create internal competition amount - no loyalty amount peers.

    Advice to Management

Time to leave the company to a real CEO.

    Pros

Competitive products - name recognition in the industry. Good amount of great talent and hard working people int he company. You can draft your own business and execute it.

    Cons

Lack of a consistent strategy and vision and lost of talent due to poor leadership. Very little concern about employee retention. Marketing is lost due to poor management direction. Everything is micromanage by the CEO.

    Advice to Management

Is time to admit it, save talent and leave the company to new and fresh management.

    Pros

other then some interesting technology they do use there is nothing good to say about radware, any else will be plain sugarcoating a carcase.

    Cons

It starts from the moment you open the door and feel a heavy feeling setting you on making you feel that "one more day full of "joy" is starting again".
and it keeps going by having a team leader doing every thing in his power to fish out every little mistake you do and parade it to your face and then run to his managers to tell how bad one is, and it's nit picking from telling one guy next to me that the test he writes are good and then complaining to me about spelling - and when i review the other test cases i fine they are full of spelling mistakes but i got berated for it and the rest not a word, and it keeps going for downing every idea you have for imprudent and upgrade.
if Radware were the last place to work on earth i rather die then work there again.

    Advice to Management

leave NOW get a better place.
