Pros – -Very friendly management
-Open door policy when help is needed from management
-Good motivation without trying to put fear in you
-Honest people

Cons – -You have to manage the higher accounts to really make any money
-Compensation plan should be revised, or at least the commission
-Needs more formal training, but time is limited on management part

Advice to Senior Management – -My manager did a lot of things the right way. He was always interested in me and courteous. There was not much micromanaging, but I still think a week or two of formal sales training would be a good idea.

Pros – The management of this company goes out of it's way to take care of their employees. They are also very customer focused.

Cons – Within the branch that I work, hours tend to be long and compensation is not what it should be. Long hours and out of pocket expenses tend to weigh employees down.
