Pros – Decent starting Salary for a recent college graduate which is $30k a year plus over time and commission. Nice people, they do company lunches, unlimited coffee, laid back environment, casual fridays.
Cons – Management Sucks, no real structure, the VP's are rude and they sexually harass the women in there. Have to kiss a lot of butt to get promoted.
The training sucks.
The collections position was monotonous.
Advice to Senior Management – Care about all of your workers. Invest more time in training, to get a better worker
