    Pros

Great training program, management is very motivating and helpful. They really want you to succeed and will do all they can to make sure you are happy in the environment.

    Cons

Was not told I was going to be a debt collector until first day of training.

    Advice to Management

Please be clear when recruiting that this is a debt collecting position.

    Pros

Culture of the company is pretty laid back

    Cons

If you have a finance degree you would still have to start in a position that anybody with any type of degree can get. Temp workers schedule isn't flexible at all. Salary is horrible even for a entry level position.

    Advice to Management

    N/A

I worked at Real Time Resolutions as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent starting Salary for a recent college graduate which is $30k a year plus over time and commission. Nice people, they do company lunches, unlimited coffee, laid back environment, casual fridays.

    Cons

Management Sucks, no real structure, the VP's are rude and they sexually harass the women in there. Have to kiss a lot of butt to get promoted. The training sucks. The collections position was monotonous.

    Advice to Management

Care about all of your workers. Invest more time in training, to get a better worker

    Pros

Colleagues are typically competent and kind; management is very laid back when it comes to work/life balance and quick to provide verbal recognition of a job well done as well as let one know where areas of improvement are needed; relaxed work environment; great place to get experience working on different projects

    Cons

Compensation is not equitable with job market; heavily political work environment; little room for advancement; lack of communication concerning direction and focus of company; tendency for secrecy

    Advice to Management

Open up the organizational structure; inject a little more professionalism into office environment; compare compensation within industry and bump up pay to keep great employees
