    Good for a short tenure.

    Pros1. Working with big data.
    2. Learning about scalability.
    3. Always remember about optimization.
    4. Work pressure, if you're in a good team.
    5. Working with responsibility and ownership from the first day.
    6. Humble work culture.
    7. Good HR policies.
    8. If you work / learn well, be sure you'll get very good exposure within next 2 years, specifically from other product based companies.

    Cons1. Pay package is low if you don't have a good package already. Hell and heaven difference between x's package and y's package. Though x, y both work on the same.
    2. Work, performance not related to your package at all. No balance is there.
    3. Politics are there, if you're in bad team.

    Advice to Senior Management1. Please leave the old guys who goes to sleep in their car at the afternoon, forgetting that their car and everything they earned just because once upon a time they worked well.
    2. Give a minimum time to keep the transparency between management and engineers. There are lots of big tasks which are done by engineers and reported to the management as a credit of the lead engineer of that project whereas the lead's contribution is < 0.01 in the same.

    ConsThe office needs some trendy renovations, it looks a government office with those colors and old look. This change could be bring in a major difference work culture an in turn greater productivity.
