    Pros

Lots of cool stuff going on and really friendly co workers. I got exposure to many different parts of the company which was a cool experience.

    Cons

My only real complaint was that at times it seemed like things ran into each other a little, almost like it was growing faster than it could determine it's needs

    Advice to Management

Keep up what you are doing. Keeping science at the core if the company makes a great culture

    Pros

    Excellent Job Security.
Great Pay for the educational requirement.
    Good benefits and Company Perks.
Stock Performance is Stellar although stock option rewards are decreasing as stock becomes more valuable.
Excellent culture and values for the company overall.
Excellent Pipeline for future growth and success.
The company overall strongly values the employees as well as the work they do.
Company is actively working to reduce or eliminate the things listed in the "Cons" section as well as improve and expand overall benefits and compensation.

    Cons

Many areas are currently in the process of heavy growth and restructuring which can be quite tough on someone looking for great work/life balance. Your work schedule may change significantly with little warning.
The Promotion and Bonus system has historically been very opaque and frustrating. Its difficult to know why some people were promoted or what any given person should work on to become promoted or get a good performance review.
Senior management is well vetted and high caliber. However lower and middle management was drawn from a small pool of candidates while the company was still small, and is extreme hit or miss.....less hit more miss.
The workplace/office politics can quickly get quite ridiculous, mostly due to the previously listed con but also due to the low average age of the employees in this young, rapidly growing company. Stay focused on your goals in life, your job, the company, and the patients.

    Advice to Management

Overall continue pushing the improvements that are currently in the works and maintain what is already being done well. Vet management at all levels thoroughly and require lower and maybe even middle management to attend trainings on how to manage people.

    Pros

Great for all levels of work. Enthusiastic and strong community. Small company that is currently on large growing path.

    Cons

Due to rate of growth some employee processing steps (ie: acquiring software) take much longer than should. General growing pains.

    Advice to Management

Performance based review of individual rather than the whole. Do not move to generalize that all should be within a given vicinity of achievement.

    Pros

The company is growing so fast that it's a wonderful place to start out and develop your skills. Often can find you are good at things you never knew existed; the management is good at recognizing this and putting people where they can be most effective. Benefits and pay are great!

    Cons

Work/Life balance is bad...40 hour weeks are a myth. Red tape that comes along with being in the Pharmaceutical industry can be overwhelming at times.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work but work on cultivating a less stressful/overwhelming environment.

    Pros

Regeneron is a great employer for those starting their career. There are opportunities for advancement or lateral movement. There is a supporting team environment and have high employee retention rates.

    Cons

Positions are entry level are very focused. You support one facet of a project and do not hear much about the technology other teams are developing.

    Advice to Management

Continue to develop the talent from within. Provide a single vision for all employees regarding where Regeneron is headed and how they can grow with the company.

Great environment of very smart people. Does well to bridge the gap between science and business. Highly motivated, modern environment.

    Cons

Tasks may be monotonous at times, though exciting at other times. Beyond banter and lighthearted fun, business side folks may seem cold and aloof, though very infrequently.
