Regus is a great and innovative company that rewards hard work!

Market Director (Current Employee) Redwood City, CA

ProsI've worked for the company for 9 years and constantly been asked to take on more new and exciting challenges. I've always been thanked and rewarded for my hard work and been given the support from our leadership team that I've needed. Regus invests a good amount of time into training and developing our people. I appreciate how innovative our Senior leaders are as well, as they're constantly rolling out new initiatives and products. This is truly a great company to work for.

ConsIn the past we had a few centers where on our busiest days the Internet speed was a bit slower than we wanted, but in the last year our Bay Area centers have all been upgraded so Internet is fast and reliable. Regus recognized a need for improvement and spent the money to make our service better than other outsourced office providers.

No two days the same, and every day gets better!

Junior Area Sales Manager (Current Employee) Mountain View, CA

ProsSpeaking firsthand, I can say that Regus in Silicon Valley is a great company to work for. The area team is incredible - I enjoy spending time with all of them, and we continue to exceed the bar and set new benchmarks for the company as a region on a regular basis. There is plenty of opportunity for continued professional growth and support when you work hard. Our facilities are nice, the working environment is enjoyable, you get to meet incredible clients in several different industries, and help their business develop. I have found my time as a Regus employee to be extremely rewarding and am looking forward to the future.

ConsIf you are looking for a slow-paced, desk job - this might not be the right place for you. Several opportunities within Regus are challenging and things change quickly. Time flies because you remain steadily busy all day. You have to be able to prioritize and focus when it counts. I love this part of my job, but can understand that other may not find it fulfilling.

Advice to Senior ManagementOpen more locations! We are currently at 11 business centers, and it's time to help our clients and open more in the area! (Luckily, I know the company is looking to grow, so I am sure this will come to be the case shortly!)

    Great place to work!

Area Director (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsRegus is a company that recognizes it's team members for their hard work and dedication. It's a fast paced environment and perfect for the person that has an entreprenurial spirit and likes to think outside of the box. The team environment makes it a fun and exciting day each day you come to work.

Working for Regus has given me the opportunity to meet and work with people from different backgrounds. You are encouraged to think like a business owner and are rewarded for your success. It's so inspirational to see members of the Regus team with s omuch longevity. This is the company I am planning to continue my career path with and retire from!

ConsIf you are not one to be able to think on your feet and are flexible with change, both on a day to day basis as well as procedural, then this is not the company for you.

My dedication and hard work has paid off!

General Manager (Current Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsI started out less than 3 years ago answering phones after being laid off from a failing company. When I began with Regus, I honestly thought it was going to be a short-term job that would get me by until I found something else in my previous field (club management/hospitality).

Three years and 3 promotions later, I can proudly say that Regus is my career!

Your hard work and dedication to the company/center is appreciated and upper management wants to see you succeed. Regus is a strong advocate for promoting from within and I'm proof!

The constant change of tasks, the fast-paced environment, and the global opportunities make Regus a GREAT company to work for!

ConsIf you're not cut out to be "on stage all the time" then you would want to consider a different company. You have to leave any personal issues or problems at the door and always have a happy face on - no one wants to work with a grump!
