I have been working at Regus

    Pros

Fast paced company, company is growing even when economy is suffering. Regus values its employees. Regus promotes from within and works at developing the team members.

    Cons

You have to be highly organized, and can multi task. Regus prides itself on Customer Service and does not have any tolerance for an employee that doesn't treat our clients like gold.

I have been working at Regus

    Pros

Regus is a large company who provides extensive training, generous benefits and plenty of career advancement. They remain strong in providing high level of customer service. They are forever changing to improve policies and systems. Regus has high expectations of their employees. Those who like to work on a sub-standard level would find this unexectable. Hard workers and high achievers will thrive in this work environment. I am proud to work here.

    Cons

Pay is standard. For the level of work and expectations, it is preferred that compensation be based on merit rather than a pre defined "grid".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employees need more appreciation. It's time now to invest in the people.

I have been working at Regus full-time for more than a year

    Pros

All the systems are in place. Everything you need to be successful in your job is given in the system. It is almost like a turn key setup. You own the center and are responsible for its P&L

    Cons

Sometimes the system changes and it is difficult to adapt.

I have been working at Regus full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Once you get used to the process, you'll have no pressure at all.

    Cons

Stingy salary though, some tenured people doesn't get promoted, have to get someone from the outside when certain senior post is needed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please consider raising the salary of your BEST tenured people try to compete with the other companies in terms of salary, invest in people because without them, then your business and your job will be in jeopardy.

I have been working at Regus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The best reason I work for Regus as I'm people person and I love my clients! I love how busy I am and there are variety things to do. I'm not stuck behind the desk all day long, I run around the building and spend a lot of time talking to my clients.

    Cons

In my particular situation challenge is management and support. My manager don't spend enough time with me taking me through some updates and some time issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I hope upper management take this on board as in my centre this became REAL problem! We need full time cleaner! As soon as we have full time cleaner, first it will be about 20%-30% less complains and I will have more time concentrating on billing and allocating service.

I have been working at Regus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Lots of variation in my day to day job. Good scope for learning. I have a brilliant Senior who is debt training me, has taught my all the comms patching and Regus set up and standards. She is willing to listen to my point of view and asks my opinion on how we can improve things in the centre

    Cons

Not enough staff for the amount of work so training has been fitted in around everything else

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I agree a uniform supplier by Regus or a uniform/clothing allowance would be very good. Your clothes do go though the ringer so to speak

    Pros

Great market range ( you can sell for 100 countries, 1500 locations). Great operations teams for client retention . Excelent product and flexible alternatives. Easy to sell if you believe in it and work hard every day . The product itself sells as it's quality is far the best you can find in the market.

    Cons

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My management is brilliant and keeps me motivated everyday. More than management, trully friendship and support

I have been working at Regus full-time for less than a year

    Pros

If you have ideas share them. This is one of the few places i have worked where people listen and take ideas on board and action them. You could even see one of your ideas implemented across the global brand. Not everyone can say that about their jobs.

    Cons

None. Regus is a great place to work if you like fast paced environments and want to progress.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep doing what you're doing.
