“Great Training”
Current Employee – been working at Related Management
Pros – Very professional organization with a great training platform which gives you the tools you need to succeed and clearly defines expectations. Their commitment to customer service is ingrained in all aspects of the organization and site employee incentives are based off of feedback received from the building residents.
Cons – As with a professional organization at this level they have high expectations, but they offer resources to help you meet those expectations.
