    Pros

For people joining RCOM, should have a strong reason, Other than career aspiration. Like Location, Home town etc.

    Cons

No training at all, No appraisal in 4 years. NO PLI. The CTC you are hired on gets reduces, as no PLI is paid even to the 5 raters.
Culture of job threat all the time, no motivation or recreation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Must look into people issues, if you want to get rid of debts and earn better profits, invest in people.
People at large run the companies not a couple of top management team members sitting out of closed rooms.

    Pros

Godd infrastructure. Not sure as i was not selected,

    Cons

The HR i saw here are worst of the HR i saw in my entire life. I was gone for interview and while inerview was being done suddenly a HR lady came near interviewer and handed over him the profile of candidate who was her relative and asked interviewer to mark interview clearance.

This is very unjustice for hardworking candidate sitting outside preparing interviews , skipping meals for interview preparation . These selfish people are criminals of candidates and should be traced and taken to justice. I am not saying all HR people are bad. But there should be procedure to trace such people and fire on the spot.

    Pros

You either fit in the Reliance culture or you do not. If you do, then you learn a lot about surviving in the real Corporate world.

    Cons

Compensation is average. Depends on how well you can negotiate while joining. Once you join, then increments are minimal. Get stuff such as "Loyalty bonus" in writing, because they simply refuse otherwise. If you incur expenditure, then you have to wait a long time till it gets reimbursed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sales persons will meet targets only if they are backed up by a good service delivery team.

    Pros

the team in which I worked was Not so big and hence I was in direct contact with my Boss and was facilitated to learn more and more...

    Cons

Really very bad Time schedule and has to wait till Mid-Night
candidates are used more rigorously than what they are paid

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work Load management has to be proper. Also candidates need to be placed in proper departments. One of the main reason for the failure of Reliance is the fact that the candidates are placed in the department to which they are no way related even though they are good in some other field. (example:- Electronics & Tele-Communication Engineer With good Telecom background is placed in Utility to handle Electrical Equipment)

    Pros

The infrastructure is outstanding. Management is very approachable.

    Cons

The HR will change its mind at the drop of a hat. Example: It was my first job and I was on a 6month probation. After 6 months, HR refused to make me permanent stating that their policies had changed and I now had a 12 month wait. I would have accepted since I was enjoying the work, that if they also hadn't mentioned that I would not get any experience letter for that whole year or at all.
