I worked at Reliance Industries full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Best for freshers. Many things to learn. All the equipments are with high technology and new to the market. Best thing is to get the opportunity to learn and that with getting highly paid as freshers.

    Cons

There are persons who are always looking others back. But this doesn`t matter. this happens in every company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Plz don`t create havok by counting on cups of teas, brkfast etc. Time to laugh on the management. The admin HR is not respecting the employee`s view.
