Pros – flexibility,good infra-structure,well organised departments,regular training sessions.

Cons – Slow Growth,Lack of career opportunities,Lack of challeges

Pros – i gained a lot of Knowledge of the market like almost all of pros and cons of share market and a few investment techniques.

Cons – i got so addicted to the market watch that i couldn't take my eyes of it, not even for a while.
As your money is on the line coz u can't resist being investing your own money.

Cons – Lots of risk involving in share market,typical to find out the customer,risk management is fully scientific study which also a complicated,

Advice to Senior Management – a scientific study of mechanics of share trading can bring inspirational change to construct new policy to purchase shares and sale of share.
