“All-around unprofessional towards contractors”
Former Employee – worked at RemX Specialty Staffing as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Once they found me an assignment, it paid fairly well.
Cons – Once I was placed in an assignment, the recruiters did not respond to any communication or questions I had. Emails were unanswered, phone calls were never returned. I had always believed the staffing agency was the one who told you when an assignment was going to end; yet, RemX (in Glen Allen, VA) never contacted me. Just horribly unprofessional. You can tell they are about getting their commission and that's it.
Advice to Senior Management – Look for some older, more mature recruiters to work internally for RemX. Stress to them that communication with their contractors is key.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
