Cons – a japanese company of 3 cultures. H, M & N (conflicts)
the mergers had slowed down the company progresses

Advice to Senior Management – FAST Changes with Good Strategy
- not fire fighting with pure factory closure
- should look at process
- should look at innovative products, out of box business models
