    Pros

    Benefits are good. Pay rates aren't too bad.

    Cons

    Treats employees like numbers instead of people. Does not care about their employees at all.

    Advice to Management

    Go back to everything you did before the merger.

    Pros

    Good insurance. I like the build your own option. Most of the people in the field are decent to work with.

    Cons

    No organization. False promises. No motivation to do anything extra. Some unfairness. We have at least 1-2 mistakes daily from call center in roll off alone. From my understanding they have a time limit with callers that does not allow them to get all the info needed. Office personal seem to pass the buck instead of doing their own job Even the supervisors

    Advice to Management

    Do your job. Follow through what you say you are going to do. Treat everyone fair.

    Pros

    They treat their front line employees pretty good, and care about their well being.

    Cons

    Treat your supervisors as well if not better. Supervisors not only help to keep the front line employees safe, but in a pinch become the front line employee without the pay, points, and reward.

    Believe in what Don Slager says, and stop talking s@&t about him!!

    Pros

    The best part of working here is the paycheck. Other than that, prepare to get frustrated and discouraged.

    Cons

    Expect to do things the way they have been done for the last 20 years. Lots of bureaucracy and approvals and status updates. Don't expect clarity or direction.

    Advice to Management

    Empower your employees to make the appropriate and necessary changes. Welcome new ideas and new talent.

    Too many calls per day, low wage, weekend hours extended from 8 -12 to 8-4. Hard to get holidays off,

    Pros

    Some great people to work with...I enjoyed interacting with fellow employees to assist with their questions. Decent benefits.

    Cons

    Company culture needs improvement, low morale in certain departments/BU's, lack of management in some areas

    Advice to Management

    There needs to be more accountability and less favoritism in certain departments...maybe some of the quality employees will stick around.
