Pros – Nice environment and corporate culture. Pretty laid back

Cons – Can be stressful and the pay is not great

Pros – Working with clients is satisfying. Most of the upper management is good and cares about the business and the employees.

Cons – It really depends on which team/business unit you are on. Let's just say half of the client service area is well managed.

Advice to Senior Management – To the less well managed client services side I'd say just let your people do their jobs and stop working so hard to micromanage. The other team does it right and the results speak for themselves.

Pros – Depending on department, there can be a lot of flexibility in schedule. The benefits are pretty good. Though the company is large, it is still a very social environment. There is a 'secondement' program which allows individuals to move for a few months to various office locations around the world.

Cons – There aren't many opportunities for growth within the company itself.
Very performance driven, often at the cost of employee work/life balance.
Salaries are generally lower than market.

Advice to Senior Management – Share the wealth... create a structure that provides for more movement, and personal development.

Pros – Horizontal organization, everybody is very easy to reach

Cons – Difficult to ramp, if your direct boss is selfish, you have nothing to do

Advice to Senior Management – Set clear and feasible goals, be realistic with price positioning against competitors, you're the best in the industry but others are just much cheaper.

Pros – Always things are changing, which gives rise to lots of opportunitites.
Friendly people & good teamwork.

Cons – Slightly long hours culture in London office.
Some challenges with having a Head Office in Dallas, but no different to any other US owned company.

Advice to Senior Management – Get employees more invovled with changes.
