    Pros

Values driven, gives you the opportunity to succeed, autonomy, great people

    Cons

No room for advancement, benefits are severely lacking, better to look good than to be good, little to no contact with superior,

    Advice to Management

Growth is important, but managed growth would be better. Units that are succeeding are dragged down by those that aren't. It's too easy for certain personalities to pull the wool over managements eyes.

    Pros

I really felt like they took a chance on hiring me considering my lack of experience. Very flexible schedules and scholarship opportunities to continue education.

    Cons

The Values, which are supposed to be the cornerstone of the organization, are only used when convenient to management. Employee morale is low, and most feel over worked, under appreciated, and under valued. There is also no room for growth which is unfortunate.

    Advice to Management

Have realistic expectations of departments and take the time to make sure staff feels appreciated.
