    Amazing Internship with Great Opportunities

Sales Development Intern (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsResponsys has a great culture. Everyone is outgoing and friendly. There are really smart people that are willing to take time to share their knowledge and answer questions. Everyone around me is looking out for me and leading me in a direction toward success. There is a strong sense of teamwork. The work we do as interns is valued and acknowledged, which is rewarding. I've had the opportunity to listen in on sales calls and meet with people from other departments to hear what they are doing. I'm only halfway through my internship and I've already learned a lot. The city is a fun place to work. I've really enjoyed my time so far at Responsys.

ConsThe commute is far, but worth it.

If you're looking for an insightful and challenging internship, Responsys is the place. Get the pleasure to work with some of the hardest workers around that will inspire you to push yourself in every aspect. ConsMy only con was not being able to see my boss more due to being NYC and he in San Francisco. (This was my choice to stay in NYC)

Great opportunities and clients at quickly growing company

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat clients, big growth opportunity for motivated people, friendly and creative environment, talented staff, education and training benefits, strong vision for company, strong creative and services department

ConsStructure and policies aren't consistent across departments and offices, salary can be competitive but often starts lower than average, management has big vision but roadmap and steps aren't always clear to larger group, other growing pains of working in a quickly expanding company

    Responsys is a class act.

Recruiter (Current Employee) San Bruno, CA

ProsLeadership is extremely strong; very forward thinking; respectful; honest; great products; smart and nice coworkers. The Interact conference was stellar and it served as a great reminder of why I work for Responsys.

ConsThe San Bruno office can be difficult to commute to when there is a Giants game or bad traffic.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to keep the employees in the loop on our successes and challenges.
