    Pros

Overall good hardworking Co workers. Every other Friday off. Nail salon on site.

    Cons

Horrible decisions being made by senior level management which is resulting in lost sales and opportunity. No collaboration between departments. Silos. Poor communication. No direction or planning.

    Advice to Management

Listen. Plan. Appreciate the employees you have and recognize them for doing their jobs.

    Pros

Vacation time, Personal Leave, Floating Holidays. Major Holidays and the day before/day after are paid. If offices were open before holidays we were able to leave early.

    Cons

Communication within departments are horrible. Beyond that I have really nothing negative to state. Had great opportunities and allowed for lots of growth.

    Pros

Great Benefits. 15 Vacation days, 40 hours of Paid leave, And 4 floating holidays is good for a manufacturing company.

    Cons

Lousy pay. Most people with wife and children cannot live on the salary of my position. I mean 22,000 a year is barely living in this country

    Advice to Management

People of my position should at least get paid a living wage, also most people view my position as a dead end position. there is no way to move up at the company.

    Pros

Summer Hours and Holiday Hours really help with work-life balance The office was located just outside of Grand Central Station so was an easy commute for most and convenient for shopping and lunch They did offer a pension plan, though I am not sure if they still do Great discounts on cosmetics

    Cons

Bonuses were not paid while I was there, I found this demotivating Frequent downsizing left the remaining employees concerned

    Advice to Management

Look for people that care about the brand and the organization, not just their jobs.
