    Pros

great pay, amazing benefits, biggest 401k ive ever heard of (give 3 match 6 for a total of 9). free car, insurance, and gas make the job easy, flexible, very worth it.

    Cons

Promotion process is really bad. The company politics are just brutal! There should be a much less subjective way to decide on promotions from positions. Most life time TMs have given up hope and are doing just enough not to get yelled at.

    Pros

Pretty good pay, great benefits, great freedom and flexibility.

    Cons

Increased work load and demands. With recent acquisitions it appears it is only going to get worse.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Great benefits offered at this job, company car, reimbursement on cell phone, internet and car wash. Your given a computer and printer. Medical and dental and vision.

    Cons

over worked, it does not stop at 5 and the pay is not that good compared to what the hours you put in. Its hard to advance in this company unless you constantly want to be moving around to wherever they place you.

    Pros

Benefits are good, but declining. Having a company/personal car is nice, but not enough to keep people around.

    Cons

Lack of promotions. Management being disconnected with what is going on in the field.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time in the field and listen to your foot soldiers.
