I have been working at Reynolds American full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Competitive Salary, investment to long-term development, benefit package, freedom

    Cons

Needed mobility to move forward in career

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As a manager, I encourage other managers to be more open to honesty and candor, those demonstrating should be valued and those not comfortable being vulnerable should be coached.

I worked at Reynolds American full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Ongoing training and development. Opportunity to travel, but not all the time. Steady company that gives you all the tools to be successful. Despite selling a product that is in decline, you never feel as if massive cuts are coming.

    Cons

Dirty job, must be willing to get your hands dirty. No real opportunity for advancement, but the salary is decent and increases with time.

I worked at Reynolds American full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

This job provides a company vehicle (usually a fully loaded Ford SUV) with gas card for personal use, which is a huge bonus because you don't have to pay for gas or a car ever. This is a respectable marketing position that won't keep you in an office or behind a desk all day.

    Cons

Older management doesn't catch up with trends. Dying, heavily regulated and vilified industry.

I have been working at Reynolds American full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and salary. Flexible work schedule and excellent training. Day to day work is generally not difficult

    Cons

Travelling often depending on the territory, sometimes national decisions don't translate well to the individual locations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A little more flexibility in terms of contracts would be nice

    Good sales rep experience

    Cons
