    Pros

Manage your own territory as you see fit. Lots of freedom if you hit your numbers. Company car, laptop, and phone. Good people to work with. Overall a good company to work for as long as you're not on the system side of the operation. I had a good manager that did not micro manage. Benefits are good.

    Cons

Prices are high and need to be cut a lot to get new business which cuts into commission a lot.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not worry about gross profit so much making one dollar is better than making no dollars because prices are too high.

    Pros

Good pay, good hours, good inside sales team.

    Cons

Management is only concerned with themselves.
Would be nice to see a company actually care about the customer and their business, and not just say that they do...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember that the customer is the person you should be trying to keep happy, not your boss.

    Pros

I've been working at Reynolds for a year now and have been surrounded by supportive and kind employees. Reynolds also does not skimp on giving you a quality product to sell and great training for anyone not familiar with the automotive industry.

    Cons

The culture of the company is not for everyone and you'll have to jump through a few hoops to get used to your job.

    Don't believe all the negatives

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee
    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Great leadership, great training, great benefits, clean and organized work environment.

    Cons

The only cons I can say is the job is underpaid compared to others like it. And if you want anything with sugar in it, you're out of luck. Also you can't use tobacco products and work here.

    Pros

The company believes in promoting from within. There is great company spirit! At Reynolds you can take part in The Associate Foundation, intramural leagues (softball, volleyball, cornhole, bowling, etc.), and battle of the businesses just to name a few. There is a gym free of charge to all associate located at headquarters and they host classes before work, afterwork and during lunch. Within the building there is a federal credit union which is available for all associates and there is a medical center located on site. What I love most about the company is the training I have recieved. I have had the ability to learn from industry leaders, vice presidents at the company and many others who have helped me to evolve into the associate I am today.

    Cons

The compensation is a little lower than average but there is a 6% 401k match which makes up for the lower overall salary. They web sense everything so there is limited access to outside web at the office.

    Pros

Upper management who will listen and care for their associates.
Great experience if you want to learn, listen and work hard.
Lots of good opportunities if you are the passionate kind

    Cons

Some of the leadership in certain departments is very political and will stand in the way of progress.
    Will underpay the associates.
Hire entry level but do not provide them with good training

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

PLEASE pay your associates well or you will lose your best people to other employers or worst, your competition.
