Former Employee – worked at Richemont
Pros – Benefits. If you are looking for great benefits Richemont is the right place.
Cons – There is no opportunity to grow if you are not French or don't speak French although this is Latin America Division most employees in this division don't speak spanish or even understand Latin culture. On their special events there is a strong feeling of division between European employees and American/Latin employees. If working for "Supporting Department" (ex. Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Warehouse) the division is very strong and there is no working team within department. I came across that one of the supervisor hardly finish High School and it was extremely difficult to work with, not only because of this lack of knowledge on the field but his attitude towards the company. It seems to me that most people were very unhappy with what there were doing and loyalty towards the product didn't exist.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't underestimate employees origin, train future supervisor for such positions, take inconsideration knowledge, education and attitude when opportunities rises, have an open door policy. Build employee loyalty towards the product.

Current Employee – been working at Richemont
Pros – I only see as an advantage the bargain prices that you can get on jewelries and fancy watches. I can not find any others.
Cons – Things are obsolete in Richemont.
People are not motivated and are trying to move away whenever they can (huge turnover)
there is a lack of consideration for the employees...
Advice to Senior Management – Educate yourself and gain some valuable management skills to put in practice at Richemont. Consider your employees as the biggest assets.
Please stop slacking

Current Employee – been working at Richemont
Pros – Good price on watches, on jewelleries and luxury goods.
Other than that I do not see any good reason to work for Richemont.
Cons – Poor working condition: The management is of poor quality. Employees are not properly considered. On top of that the salaries and bonuses are lower than what you can find on the market.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn how to manage and consider your employees better. Try to be less snobish, lofty and arrogant. Put your feet on the ground

Former Employee – worked at Richemont
Pros – bargain on watches and jewelry, other than that I do not see.
Super sales are to me the only good thing about Richemont, in order to prfit from this, you have to like buying luxury watches in that case.
Cons – poor management, low budget, rogue IT, and lofty people.
Lack of diversity.People are not motivated to stay there at all and just feel like going somewhere else when the opportuinity arise.
People's career are in standby there.
There is a big turnover
People are not trained and therefore loose their skills after a while.
Advice to Senior Management – give more respect to your employees. Give them some incentives to retrieve their motivation.
