    Great heritage and traditions surround this company's work and management. A pleasure to experience

    Poor prioritization and organisation management

    Advice to Management

    Drive the company as the multinational that it is. Old-school management style, miicro management etc does not bring any favours to the employees.

    Tolle Produkte; sehr gutes Marketing; Hohe Identifikation der Mitarbeiter mit dem Unternehmen; Engagierte Mitarbeiter; Viele interessante Projekten; sehr gute Nebenleistungen; Tolle Raumlichkeiten; gute Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten.

    Hohes Personal-Turnover; Häufige Strategie-Änderung; Konkurrierende Beziehungen zwischen den Unternehmensbereichen; Schwere Organisation hinsichtlich der Unternehmensgrösse; wenig Wertschätzung des operativen Bereichs seitens CEO; Führungsstill des oberen Managements.

    Kooperatives Führungsstil sollte mehr gelebt werden; Organisation sollte weiter optimiert werden: sehr grosse Wasserkopf; Die viele Projekten sollten besser aufeinander abgestimmt werden; Weniger Projekten gleichzeitig durchführen, um sich mehr auf das wesentliche zu konzentrieren und, um mehr Nachhaltigkeit zu erzielen.

    - Un leader mondial dans le marketing de luxe

    - Peu d'opportunités de développement professionnel
    - Beaucoup de grosses têtes dans le luxe
    - Trop d'indépendance entre les marques

    - La compagnie devrait être plus « professionnelle »
