“Not very innovative”
I worked at Ricoh Innovations
Pros – Wonderful people (for the most part). RII is able to attract talented people, but their talent is too often squashed my managements egos and irrationality.
Cons – Don't have a good sense of who they are, what their purpose is and what success looks like. Poor management
Advice to Senior Management – Figure out what you need to do to provide true value to Ricoh, and create a truely innovative, collaborative environment. Get out of your own way.
