    Pros

Nice Manager Positive Atmosphere in the store Good pay, more than minimum wage Great first job Easy to change my schedule if I needed

    Cons

Not many perks Employee discount isn't a lot Got boring...I did the same thing over and over every shift...I am always cashing every day and it would be nice to be off the register and on the floor sometimes but it's hard to do that since they only let one maybe two managers/assistant managers and one sales associate work at one time.. I had to buy my own uniform

    Advice to Management

I think that the employee discount should be more than it is.

    Pros

The customers who are genuinely nice make the job worthwhile. My co-workers were fantastic, everyone was helpful and direct with what needed to be done.

    Cons

The nasty customers are inevitable. Sometimes you have to juggle phone calls, customers at the drop off and pick up windows, and filling prescriptions all at once.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest not cutting hours so severely so quickly like was done at my store
