    Pros

    Pay is good. One can meet there Max pay in about 2 years or so and it's about 16 bucks an hour I believe maybe more. Ill find out soon. Been there for almost a year and I'm already got $1.20 raise and benefits are good too.

    Cons

    Just the usual stuff that comes with working in retail. Annoying customers . But if you can deal with it I recommend starting here at rite aid.

    Great training, benefits and flexible scheduling. Managers are understanding and try to help you out as much as they can. (store number: 06400)

    None so far other than the obvious ones that come with dealing with customers.

    Once you complete the entry program, you have complete autonomy and control of your projects.

    This is a dynamic and challenging market. There is nothing negative about this company. They create a great environment for success, and provide the tools necessary to get the job done.

    Great preceptor. Was in South Carolina at the time. Very good company and learned a lot with them. Not super busy.

    Not quite sure, maybe its not as good since it is not as busy

    Advice to Management

    None. Really like the company and would not mind having a job or intern position with them at some point!
