    Pros

Great quality products. Diverse employees with different backgrounds. Creative people--who's ideas get squashed.

    Cons

Slow to react to market changes. Management chases ideas down a dead end street. There is absolutely no room for growth unless you are the lucky 1%, and Trust me you are not-- they are already selected.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire and promote the right people instead of settling. Don't be afraid to let go or fire someone if they aren't doing there job---you are only hurting yourself and the company letting them linger around collecting a check. There is dozens of these people today! Start listening to the sales team for ideas on how to grow---instead of telling them what you think works. You have no clue.
