I have been working at Roswell Park Cancer Institute as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Friendly environment and supporting officials. Dedicated towards improving the quality of health care. Various activities keep happening at RPCI which helps rejuvenate your mind.

    Cons

Roswell Park Cancer Institute has strict protocols and nobody is allowed to deviate from them. Although the protocols are difficult to follow, they are very important for the security of the people and research at RPCI.

I have been working at Roswell Park Cancer Institute full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

The atmosphere in the entire institution is teaching and patient oriented. It also helps that they have tons of funding!! The surgeons, supervisors and nurses I worked with were very helpful. Its not overcrowded so you can get a lot of hands on training.

    Cons

They are not as connected to UB as you would assume. They also don't have a gym on site.
