    Pros

Great people to work with. Great information to provide to client with decent tools.

    Cons

Work life balance not there. Expected to hit targets even if 60+hours were needed. For the pay the time put in was not worth it.

    Advice to Management

Practice what is stated. Work life balance is a must. When there were problems outside of work I was given time off but then was given low quarter reviews when targets were not met. So it is great to give the quarter off without pay and still keep my job but than to be rated non-performing is a little much.

If you like a more relaxed culture and want to work for a growing investment bank. Company value is great and the people there are very friendly to each other

The company doesn't give you the sense of prestige like some other banks like Goldman or Morgan Stanley.

    Pros

RBC continues to grow, not only in business, but in the community - helping children with their education, mentoring them and providing guidance to help prepare them for their futures; playing a part in the process of protecting our water supply; and in various other ways. Also, RBC encourages and supports work-life balance.
