Great opportunity to be exposed to new projects and new ideas. Easy to take a leadership role and get feedback on performance.

I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

people are laid back and great to work with

    Cons

no room for growth and seniority matters. So suggestions go unheard. Some managers and seniors are too proud to listen to others. Some managers probably should never been managers and find excuses to avoid work; company also finds excuse to avoid bonus payout. Lack of recognition or awards.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to what others are saying. Don't look shoot down everyone's inputs and thoughts. Just because you don't think it'll work. Some advice are actually worth the time to look into. Also, please stop looking for scapegoats whenever stuff doesn't work out. It creates a very hostile environment.
