I have been working at Royal Bank of Scotland

    Pros

Great team environment and work life balance. Also great 401k match as well as base starting salary. Office is a great location and nice.

    Cons

Company is consolidating on worldwide basis to the UK. There has been significant voluntary and involuntary turnover which has had a large impact on general morale. Not a place to start a new career in the US as the company future is in the UK

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be honest with employees and retain them by giving adequate raises/promotions/bonuses especially to analysts/associates.

    Pros

Was a fantastic place to work, a great group of people unfortunately the majority have either left or been let go.

Be honest with your employees and keep them informed. The more transparency the more appreciative the employees will be.
