    I worked at Rudolph Technologies


    Plenty of work to catch up on.


    Procedures and policies were very poorly written and were not followed. Supervisor very wishy-washy on any decisions that needed to be made, many short cuts and work arounds were done on a daily basis. I was told on my 2nd day of work that everyone at that facility was looking for a new company to work for because they have been overworked for 3 years with deap layoffs with absolutely no pay raises in over 3 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    When hiring someone for their knowledge and expertize listen to their suggestions instead of trying to shut them up, they might just be able to get the control in your configuration management group because there is none now.
