    We are growing up!

    Software Engineer (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsSenior management cares about the staff and is focused on addressing long standing gaps created by the old guard. Lots of positive change has been happening over the last year.

ConsThe 1% that relied on nepotism and know they are exposed by the changes are good at making noise and hurting morale.

Advice to Senior ManagementStick the course -it's already much improved...

    Pros1. Flat structure
    2. Nice and helpful co-workers & supervisors
    3. a bit laid back

ConsI don't really have any to be honest. It's a great company and especially great for entry level. However, recently, because of the some management level changes, some employees are leaving.

    Awesome first job.

    Developer Intern (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

Prosgreat work environment. competitive salary. great location. The benefits were stellar. I was treated very well as a new-comer.

Consmore difficult to advance career. you feel a little dumber after working here. inexperienced lower- level management. have managers take a course on management. Simple things like taking notes at meetings and setting deadlines, with weekly reports, should seem obvious to managers, but are often overlooked.

Advice to Senior ManagementTry and create new markets, not just expand market share in already saturated markets. The plan of taking away from competitors will only go so far.
