    Pros

    The diversity of the companies interests allowed for great opportunities to grow individually as well as career wise. SAIC looked within the organization to fill opportunities before open search. Ethical and excellent benefits. SAIC truly appreciated it's employees.

    They are always easy to work with. What ever you need to do is ok as long as work is done in a timely manner and it doesn't interfere with production schedules.

    Good benefits, people and work environment, and training opportunities are plentiful.

    Too much focus on shareholders. High stock price should not be the only ultimate goal of a company.

    Great environment to work in. Great people to work with, flexible time, supportive management, and career advancement opportunities. Overall, an enjoyable place to work.

    Cons

    Benefits have gotten much worse in the last few years, and they start you off at low salaries. At times, corporate guidance and processes seem out of sync.
