Pros – You have the opportunity to get in contact with the latest technologies on the market.
If you want/ desire, you can learn almost anyting in the service desk/ support field, from administration to implementation, from software to hardware.
Cons – The internal trainings are poor and they are based on the motto: learn as you go. Sometimes you find out about new projects in the day they go live. Poor documentation and escalation lines.
Crowded room with poor AC.
Advice to Senior Management – Please look outside your office to see what is going on in the company. E-mails are not enough!
