Good employer but not economically stable

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsLow turn-over rate. Good colleagues. Many knowledgeable and experienced people work here. Many perks, such as very nice safety gifts and Christmas gifts.

ConsThere is no such thing as an annual raise for exempt employees...not for merit, not for cost of living, not for anything. The company has claimed they couldn't afford to give raises 8 of the last 10 years.

ProsGreat Benefits and Pay. Overtime opportunities and many chances to bid on other jobs that may be of interest to you. Union owned.
