    Pros

    Good team, opportunity to grow, good benefits, lots of free online training, good compensation...

    Cons

    If one is there for a long time, even with average raise the overall compensation goes up. This makes the management extremely concerned because with the market competition, the newer contracts have reduced margins.

    I worked at SRA International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Open and inviting culture across the company, program and project teams. People always willing to help or support where they can contribute. It was a great experience. Company is respected among it's peers in the industry. Many people who leave return in the future.

    Cons

    No glaring cons. Similar to other large systems integrators in the federal market, turbulence of of available positions to move to next project as contracts are won and lost.

    Pros

    SRA is a well respected government contracting company whose reputation is known for getting the job done.

    Cons

    SRA is growing and expanding at an alarming rate, and SRA internal seems to be unable to keep company communication and cohesiveness up to par. Moving from one project to another is not always easy and most often you will need to find a replacement for yourself if you attempt to move before a contract is completed.

    Don't go with the flow - make a stand and force change to happen through innovation and creativity.
