Pros – nice manangers, clean environment, overtime pay is reasonable. secured parking lot. nice location. employees are nice. paid overseas trip.

Cons – do not give bonuses. stressful environment. corporate. only higher positions get bonuses. no warning for employees of downsize. do not pay very much.

Advice to Senior Management – appreciate the hard work of your employess by giving them raise or bonus

Pros – Small company, easy access to upper management. Good technology but limited to a few products.

Cons – Salaries on the low side, processes in place like it's a multi-billion dollar company

Advice to Senior Management – Facilitate communication and collaboration in global setting and invest in good infrastructure systems (Quality control system). Hire more 'Indians and fewer chiefs'.
