    Pros

Allows you to work from home.

    Cons

Never a singular point of contact. Not informed of who the Human Resources person is and how to contact them. High turnover in all levels. Low pay. Metrics-based job with many metrics out of your control. Poor training.

    Advice to Management

Pay people enough to reduce turnover. Have consistency.

    Pros

Work-from-home job opportunity, probably the only plus to this company.

    Cons

Low pay for a lot of work, rude callers, back-to-back calls all day, breaks only 10 minutes. They say you can advance in the company but I failed to see that.

    Advice to Management

Pay more and appreciate the level stress this job can place on it's CCPs. They are people, too.

    Pros

Great training, supportive team members, and ability to advance

    Cons

Pay is capped at $10.00 and hour for agents and floor supervisors. To get more pay you have to sell, which is their main focus. Helping customers is top priority so you have to learn to combine the two. No regard for protection of employees regarding harassing customers. Be prepared to get cussed out at least 5-7 times a day no matter how nice you are. Also there are surveys the customers take and even if you give excellent customer service, if the customer is mad at AT&T then they will give you a bad survey. Which management looks heavily at, along with the sales. New training class of 65-80 starts every two weeks, out of those usually only 20-30 make it to production, of which half usually quit in the first week.

    Advice to Management

Offer more than $10.00 an hour for people who have been with the company longer. Better pay for commission.

    Pros

Great Training, Good Management, Big range of products to support

    Cons

Trouble flows downhill, Policy changes almost daily, More employees than there are managers leaves you feeling unsupported.

    Advice to Management

Hire more managers and don't release so many new employees at once.

    Pros

Alpine is a work at home place which is convenient. They start at 9.50 an hour for pay. The training is long but easy.

    Cons

SYKES/ALPINE ACCESS does not respect those serving in the Armed Forces. This company does not keep an accurate count of PTO used and not used.

    Advice to Management

I wld recommend revising your policy on military members. Countless times, I've been doc'd for pay or my earned UPTO and PTO were used for military duty. It was like they were punishing me.

    Pros

Great people on my team, international environment, some fun activities yearly

    Cons

It is general knowledge some promotions are decided even before they are announced. Skilled people don't stay long in the company. Warnings are banalised, although I consider their repercursions extremely harsh (you can't get promoted, for example) Although working for the biggest technology company in the world, no tools to give said support (only partial fault on this)

    Advice to Management

Although the salary is decent for Romanian standards, other companies locally pay better for similar roles. There should be mechanisms to ensure the skilled people stay, instead of mediocricy in all levels. Performance Warnings shouldn't restrict you from being promoted

    Pros

I supported a great client and the workforce was diverse.

    Cons

Low pay, very little room for growth, inexperienced management, and an overall negative work environment. Interview process and pay does not provide quality employees, and the efforts needed by management to create quality employees and a positive work environment do not exist. The culture and values that the company supports "on paper" do not translate into the workplace.
