    Pros

Work at home. Good management & support. Positive attitudes. Limited benefits.

    Cons

Low pay & raises. 15c for 3000 hrs. Not inline with national averages

    Advice to Management

Average yr pay raise 3% for full time (2080 hrs), 15c for 3000 hrs is way below that.

    I worked at SYKES

    Pros

I enjoyed interning there and I learned quite a lot. The atmosphere is great, very lively and dynamic. You can hear so many languages spoken at the same time.

    Cons

I wish they had paid me as an intern. On the other hand, my supervisor was great and I enjoyed working for them. Nothing I can complain about, really.

    Advice to Management

Maybe provide more training and create more opportunities to collaborate and socialize with the other teams.

    Pros

I enjoy the office setting they portray and the business casual look . The sales incentives and free prizes you can win . Etc plasma tv's and speaker systems . The chance to make really good money is there. At the AT&T side, just be persistent.

    Cons

Angry customers and the fact that some employees have families and personal problems medical issues and may need to miss a day. They have a strict attendance policy.

    Advice to Management

Give us more slack for family or sick time. We are human and there are hundreds of employees at that office.

    Pros

I like that I could work from home. They also provided all the necessary training.

    Cons

Some of the cons would be that I would be asked to cut my shift earlier on many occasions.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be that if you hire people for a full time job please let us know in advance that the job is part time

    Pros

Always very accurate with payroll - Responsible company regarding working conditions and social responsibilities - Facilities are O.K.

    Cons

Working equipment (computers) not always in best shape. Evaluation will greatly depend on the account you are working for.

    Advice to Management

Research further on the companies (clients) that you are representing. Some of them are much better than others.
