    Negative Outlook

    Pros

Most of the people are great to work for. Made some great friends.

    Cons

Company does not understand relationship with their workers, only focused on how much work they can get out of you, not enough recognition or support, really a lot needs to change in this company, two years without one raise

    Advice to Management

Understand that without the people who handle your client calls, you will not have a business. Stop trying to put so much work on people that you are losing the best ones that you have.
