    I was promoted to manager at Sykes within three months, over dozens of more senior people. They recognize talent.

    Since the positions are contract, there is much uncertainty..

    Company really works with you and will advance you if you work hard. worked with good people that were really helpful. No excuse not to succeed here if want to

    If you work hard you can move up, however over the last 2 years the company has taken a very odd approach to operations. Great people at the mid-level and starting(agent) level. You get what you put in it with this company.

    Salary, not bad but could use improvement with the profits they are pushing

    Increase the base pay for these positions in order for the role to be attractive. As it stands no one can support a household with the current pay requirements.
