    Pros

    I love this company, most especially the gaming project, as they have truly gone above and beyond to make work /life balance to work. This company believes in promoting from within and tries to develop everyone into success.

    Cons

    The highest paid project is 10 an hr at start with the highest pay being 13 an hr after you remain a yr in what is known as a top performer program. Additionally they company only offers full benefits to those who are directly work for corporate such as management, human resources, and other support positions.

    Pros

    Good pay for the work you do, dress the way you want to except on days that important people was going no to be there you had to dress fancy.

    Cons

    After training I got the hours from 4pm to 2am. I HATED those hours, to hard on people during the scoring part of the calls.

    Advice to Management

    Lighten up on the call scores, not every call can Be less than 5 min and perfect!

    Very Flexible with schedule. Company cares about employees, does not lay off.work from home.

    Back to back calls can be stressful at times

    Increase pay or benefits a little and you will be a dream job.

    Sykes values your contribution to the team and gives you an opportunity to grow. A true team environment.

    Cons

    Scheduling can be restrictive and pay increases have been on a freeze for two years.

    Pay more money and give raises to your employees

    Typical large corporation problems, management changes often but overall- solid good company to stay a long time.

    Pros

    I love working from home, the company is vast and there is room to be promoted. I get full time hours that I appreciate

    Cons

    The pay isn't great but you do have to consider you aren't paying for gas/car stuff. It's kind of lonely not having coworkers.

    Heavy workloads due to reduction in Sr. Support staff without replacements in a timely manner
