    Pros

I love working from home, the company is vast and there is room to be promoted. I get full time hours that I appreciate

    Cons

The pay isn't great but you do have to consider you aren't paying for gas/car stuff. It's kind of lonely not having coworkers.

    Pros

Lots of opportunities for advancement if you are willing to chase them. Performance focused environment that really strives to provide the best opportunity for the agents to excel and develop.

    Cons

Difficult to get time for personal problems. Sketchy tracking of metrics that are used to evaluate agent performance.

    Pros

I love being able to work from home with a company that offers a future. Promotions are all handled from within the company, and if promoting within the same client, the one year anniversary is not a requirement. Although the hourly pay is not consistent within the industry, it is for home based employees. The offer of receiving additional monies or paid days off, through Total Rewards is a nice perk.

    Cons

Not being able to change the hours, days off, or the client until your 1 year anniversary. Also, especially considering the new Affordable Healthcare Laws, not having actual health insurance is a complete disappointment. The unpaid time bank and hour time is accumulated vs used is highly skewed.

    Advice to Management

I have a few suggestions. The first would be to offer actual health insurance instead of the "discount program" that is currently offered. Next the raise requirement to work 3,000 hours before receiving a very small hourly increase is extreme. Most employers provide salary increase at one year, and offer a minimum of 2-3%. Lastly, I would suggest to offer actual vacation time and sick days, after one year of employment. As well the unpaid time bank, accumulating at only 10% but used at 100% is highly skewed.

    Pros

Good company culture and fair workload/compensation, etc. Many great individuals to work with and learn from.

    Cons

Remote management is tough to work with because managers will believe what they hear from the 'squeaky wheels' and not find out for themselves what is really going on. Very little team feeling... easy to feel like you are in a silo.

    Advice to Management

    Be more trustworthy.
Support those who work hard to do the right thing.
Offer more training and development opportunities.

The people that work there are great most of the time. They really care for each other. Very involved in fund raisers to help cancer, diabetes etc.

    Cons

    Insurance was not that good.

    Advice to Management

    More advancements would be good.

    Pros

    work from from home, flexible

    Cons

it's back to back calls with low pay and the pay raises are a joke. 0.15 for approx every 1 1/2 years. no benefits, no paid vacation.

    Advice to Management

its ok for the base pay to be low but your raises are insulting, currently looking for another job.
