    Pros

    Planned work using Agile Methodology.
    Good Health plan options.
Nice work options (Work from Home option, Working remotely).
    Good work and life balance.
Good global company. Has big development offices in Karakow and India as well.

    Cons

Need more seating space. Two people share a cube.
    Recent layoffs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need less managers. Each Manager should have at least 10 reporting team members. There are lot of managers per each project, who don't have minimum 5 reporting people (Some has just 1 or 2).

I worked at Sabre as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

This was the best internship ever. The people are very helpful and let interns do real world work. You leave there with enterprise knowledge and understanding of agile methodology. Plus you get paid competitive intern rates.

    Cons

A lot of micro management. Too many people telling you what to do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Update technology. The technology is rather ancient in some departments.
