    I have been working at Sabre Systems full-time

    Pros

    Fantastic people, managers, work environment, employee engagement, reputation, and overall strength. .

    Cons

    Due to the current fiscal environment, benefits have been cut drastically (including the cancellation of the Columbus day holiday). This has led to low morale among staff.

    Recent management changes and shakeups have raised questions about the future direction of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Concentrate on what made Sabre great--Attracting the best people and empowering them to meet and exceed customer needs. Restore a climate of optimism, rather than pessimism about the future.

    Pros

    It provides a reasonable employment. It is not for highly educated or experienced people.

    Cons

    No promotions, no raise, no educational benefits.

    They can follow the model of best companies of united states for promotions, performance appraisal and benefits.

    I worked at Sabre Systems full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    Good work/life balance, obtainable expectations, good communication between employees at various offices, average health benefits, new headquarters in Warrington, PA as of 2011 in completely new building.

    Cons

    Limited growth opportunities, lack of direction from specific managers, extremely large gap in salaries between Director and Manager level, headquarters are located in undesireable area.

    Develop stronger career growth plans for mid-level management and weed out poor managers.

    Pros

    Flexible work hours depending on client, reasonable time-keeping and expense reporting systems in place, good administrative staff and they paid you on time.

    Cons

    Body shop approach to consulting.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Management did ok considering the consulting approach is more of a body-shop approach. Share information better across projects if at all possible.
