Pros – Good cubical arrangement nice privacy can be maintained no pressure on employee nice cafeteria facility its very freedom to work.

Cons – management is unknown to employees management will act like a employee as if he is doing for company salary.

Pros – Its such an open environment, it encourages you to talk and open yourself freely, but more objectively. Expression are indeed taken more positively and addressed in its spirit, though not in absolute terms.

Cons – Need to be careful with whom you express, More objective & focused expression is better. Also, there is change resistance is moderately high. It would be great if the change is accepted in positive sense & drive for growth.

Pros – Best place to work as there is flexible timings , work culture is very much appreciated here. It is a very much employee friendly company and moreover there is no formal wears.

Cons – Till now as such I haven't found any cons in SASKEN. The only thing I found is that from the salary point of view Sasken isa giving a bit low salary.
