    Pros

There is more than enough opportunities to make yourself valuable and have a stimulating career. Projects are complex and big thus resulting in valuable experience.

    Cons

It is a big corporate, the wheels turn slowly and bureaucracy is part of it. Politics are plentiful but not more than any other company its size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should invest in the leadership (not management) abilty of its lower ranked employees.

I have been working at Sasol

    Pros

Work, life balance supported and great benefits

    Cons

Especially in Secunda - still very Afrikaner dominated. Afrikaans spoken in meetings, even thought none Afrikaans people are around

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Culture of Sasol especially at the bottom levels still needs a radical shange. Nice and well to speak about how it is supposed to change, but we need action
