Pros – Welcoming staff, made me feel comfortable and welcome the first day. Management at my location is very involved and engaged in the daily operations and business processes. There is a very well-defined set of business processes in place that support the entire operation. Employees follow the process, and are encouraged to give feedback to help improve the process.

Cons – The physical facility could use some work.

Advice to Senior Management – Improvements to the physical space would make many employees happy. They comment about how much they miss their old facility.

Pros – You have the ability to collaborate with different offices from different disciplines which gives you exposure to different clients. Everybody works as a team to get things done and you have the opportunity to really own a project.

Cons – Sometimes late hours, but this is standard with any agency. There is not really career training, which is something that would be a plus to get ahead.

Advice to Senior Management – Offer advance career training.
