I have been working at Schlumberger full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The company really takes good care of the engineers hired. I really like the company structure and the pay could also be better.

    Cons

The schedule will make a family break up, I only get 5 days off if that many after working 16+ days straight. I would like to have some family time, I'm currently searching for better employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a better schedule in order to keep your good workers around. Once the schedule gets better Schlumberger will be an untouchable company!

    Pros

Good pay, good time off (you need it), fun people to work in the field with in most cases, you get really close to your co-workers
